1) Every accepted paper can have up to 6 pages in the final PDF. If needed, additional pages (maximum 2 more additional pages apart from basic 6 pages) can be added to make the final version of the paper. This has to be done by paying an extra charge of INR 1000 per additional page at the time of author registration payment.
2) At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference as author and present the paper in order for it to be included in the conference proceedings of IC-CGU 2024, and subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore® digital library.
3) Each registration entitles the author to present maximum two accepted papers.
4) If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors need to be registered separately by paying applicable registration fee as non-presenting author.
5) Each author registration covers only one accepted paper.
6) At least one author must present their accepted paper in the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.
7) Additional authors (other than those who are included in the manuscript submitted for review) cannot be added to the camera-ready paper.
8) Registration fee includes publication fees, registration kit, conference lunch.
9) Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
10)Extra author certificate will be given on request basis with the payment of Rs 500(6$) for each excluding registration benefits.
11) Student registrants are required to upload their Institute ID proof (PDF file) during online registration process.
12) IEEE members are required to upload the valid IEEE Membership card during online registration process.
13) Non-refundable registration fee must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, Camera-ready version of the paper and e-copyright form.
1) Registration category should be chosen appropriately from the aforementioned table.
2) Payment gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
3) Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.
4) Please keep a copy of the generated transaction ID by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. These may be required, if you need to track your payment/registration later.
5) IC-CGU 2024 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during registration process in IC-CGU 2024.
